2024 series reread: I forgot how much I love this series/world. And the adaptation for this book, while not perfect, is so good. Can’t wait to continue the other books!

I haven't read this book in probably 10ish years. And wow how different it is now! While I remember, reading this for the first time at the age of 13, and thinking it was a long read with lots of detail, now I simply look at as a quick middle grade read. This book doesn't need the description but still. Orphaned Harry Potter lives in the cupboard under the stairs and treated like a slave by his aunt and uncle until one day, a wizard named Hagrid comes bursting through the door telling him that he's a wizard.

I'm not going to write a looooooong review about this book because let's be honest , we all know that the Harry Potter serie is one of the best serie in the world (yeah I'm a proud potterhead). The first book in this serie is one of my favorite because we enter for the first time this magic wolrd.
