I found myself laughing at the start of this one, the way that the baby shower spun out of control. You would have thought that this one event could have been normal for these people, however normal isn't a word that ever comes close to describing the group. When you add in Ten and his group of merry men, it isn't even a possibility.

I really wanted to love this book! I LOVE JESSIE...he is such a great character and hearing his back story made me love him even more. He has battled true demons and come out the other side a better, stronger man for it. Phoebe...I can take her or leave her. I think I liked her better as a shy, mouse-like character. There were some big surprises with her story that I enjoyed getting to know, but as a character she just seemed weak to me. I didn't feel like she supported Jessie so much as coddle ...more
