Very enjoyable but entirely too short. Miss when this series had super long and detailed stories. Sad to know this series is ending with the next book and there is so much remaining to be answered after this book I'm not sure how she'll do it.

I really wanted to like this installment, but it fell short in so many ways. The character development was weak and I couldn’t stand the main couple. Micah comes off as a brat and Phaedra seems too meek to be a millennia-old female. I think this book also suffered from too many storylines crossings and popping up.
