Nice!

Total reading time: 5.75 hours.
Time to make some dinner and then will read again. I'm catching up on Big Little Lies for April Group Read. Read so little like only 10 chapters throughout the 2 weeks and now Im almost 80% through.

Total: 21.5 hours

Almost to 16! I can do this!
30 minutes of cleaning and listening to Furiously Happy: A Funny Book About Horrible Things. 10 minutes of Bible-reading with my kid. The rest was all Middlesex
I read for 1.25 hours in this block for a total of 11 hours.

I haven't seen the mini-series yet as I wanted to read the book first but I kept putting it off. I completed the book around midnight yesterday and loved it so will definitely watch the mini-series. The readathon and the april group read was a good motivation to start the book!

Completed 0.75 hour, a total of 13.75 hours.

I agree. Its too difficult to read a book after watching a tv/movie adaptation. However, the inverse is actually fun cause I guess you see your imagination/vision during the reading come to life.
For example, every time I re-read Harry Potter, I would keep imagining Daniel Radcliffe as Harry, Emma Watson as Hermione and so on as opposed to before when my imagination was wild. Its hard to get it out of your head lol.
