Around the World in 80 Books discussion

My plan is to read to read at least one book per language in which I have reading proficiency per year. This already worked out nicely last year, so here's to doing this again in 2019! :-)
So the languages in which I want to read books are English (trivial, I mostly read English books anyway), German (trivial, my mother tongue), French, Norwegian, and Swedish.
And I want to read some books translated into one of these languages (probably into EN/DE tbh), but I don't have specific plans yet for the original languages of these books.

I also should look into the translated fiction that is available at my library...

Updated the lists! Didn't end up reading a lot of translated books, but I'm happy with the selection of untranslated books.
