Complete Stories and Poems of Edgar Allen Poe

Complete Stories and Poems of Edgar Allen Poe"
The short answer is possibly, if a librarian can sort out the records.
The major problem is that the edition you plan to read is an ebook ed, so we have to follow the rules to verify length. Top MMPB is for an ed with 192 pages. As it stands, you can't use it.
Additionally, whilst the record says the first pub date is 1849, I couldn't (on quick glance) see any actual edition with that pub date - and it would be expected that there is an edition of the complete collection with a qualifying publication date (other sources suggest the first publication of a complete collection was in 1902, not 1849)
So, if you can get a librarian to fix all that before submitting the task (or reading the whole book, then it may work...
Good luck! :)

Book 2-The Winter Mantle"
