I am currently reading Ripper by Patricia Cornwell. I love it so far. It has got my attention. It's just like an Ann Rule book in that it dives deeper into the lives of killers or suspected killers.

Is that the non-fiction book she wrote about the Ripper?

Yes it is. It is good so far
