idk if it’s for 12-13 years or younger but I read “the books from the beginning” 2 years ago and I LOVED them they were so good in my opinion!!

KOTLC is so good!!!
The Program series by Suzanne Young, I loved it in middle school! The Hate U give by Angie Thomas, and The Cruel Prince Trilogy are also good books for 13 year olds.
It might (I don’t remember) be a little old, but just in what the characters talk about, nothing graphicKind of a big deal by Shannon Hale
Harry Potter, as a big potter, the inheritance games, love secret Santa, the last one in the universe.
I think also any of Shannon hale’s graphic novels are aged for under 13s
