Who is your favorite Vampire Academy character and why?

I love Rose , I find that she is funny strong and a smart ass. I also love Dimitri because....well what is not to love. LOL

I love Dimitri of course. He just seems...honest. Haha.

Adrian is great as well, I found him really funny!!

Adrian! He has to be one of my favorite characters ever! I actually wanted to name my son Adrian, but my husband said no. lol

I can't decide between Christian and Adrian. lol

I like Rose the most!! She kicks a-- and is very caring for everyone. I hope she gets her love(Dimitri)! He needs to just give in. Can't wait for the next book.

ohh its a toss up between Dimitri and Adrian.... I love them both but for very different reasons...

I like Rose, she is everything you could want in a heroine. I'm angry with Dimitri at the moment but I have a feeling that book 6 will fix that and as for Adrian, I hope Richelle Meade has something really nice in store for him, he's so gorgeous.

oh i agree! feel so bad for adrian! seems to be getting the really raw deal of things because of the whole Rose/Dimitri relationship... Dont get me wrong i want those 2 to get together in the end (after Dimitri pulls his act together already!) but i really want Adrian to get someone good and end up on top as well at the end!!

Rose - I like that she goes with her instincts adn act right away. Some people think she is immature adn brash rushing into things. I like it! I love how strongly she cares for others. I love it whe Dimitri says she is so strong. Everyone seems to need her, Lissa, Dimitri, Mason, Adrian. Heck she is probably going to be responsible for fixing the moroi and damphire system. I like that she is beautifula nd curvy, but can still kick butt.

Rose is amazing. She said what she thinks and does what she wants. She is honest and willing to stand behind it. I really am over weak female leads.

Oh, and I don't understand how everyone doesn't love Dimitri! Come on! Stong, Handsome. But, hey, thats just my opinion.

I love Dimka! Adrian is great! But Dimka is Rose's other half of her soul!

I love them both, too. I just know that Mead will have Rose & Dimitri together in the end.

I love dimitri it took me a while to get to like Adrian.

I'm with you. I think Rose should stick with Adrian. I don't know how she could discount what had happened when Dmitri when rogue and I don't really see Dmitri 'coming out' of it and not hating himself FOREVER anyway.

to be honest i was Rose with Dimitri cos they just fit.. but at the same time I want her to be with Adrian. The only thing that pushes me more to the Rose/Dimitri ending is that Adrian deserves better then a love-torn partner that can never really give her entire self to him cos she's already given it to someone else.... bit sappy but meh...

Ya I get that. I really don't think Rose will ever love Adrian like she loves Dimitri... but I just don't know if Rose/Dimitri will ever make it. He seems so shattered and unable to forgive himself. Maybe he can heal and mostlikely he will and help her try to stop them from bring the young kids up the ranks to fight. Yet to all be seen!!!

I love Adrian, but I want Rose/Dimitri to end up together, and I'm hoping that Adrian will be a part of the new spinoff series.

That would be good he and Lissa can work with others on their 'powers'. That would be a good idea.

That's my POV too. I think that Dimitri, who was serious and responsible to begin with, will always be guilt-ridden and dour after what happened to him. I don't like imagining Rose and a sad, sourly faced man besides her; I think she needs some joy and lightness instead to help her take her mind of her burdens. Besides, Adrian can give her children, which Dimitri just can't.

But I also agree with Sophie, that Rose seems incapable of loving Adrian as much as she did Dimitri. Hence, I see that Mead doesn't mean for them to end together. I can only hope she'll find someone nice for Adrian too, instead of turning him into a sacrificial lamb or something.

I'm getting sick of love triangles. Okay maybe it's a love/hate relationship. Adrian, Dimka, and Rose are three of the greatest characters ever invented. I love them all. Props to Mead. BUT I know the endings gonna hurt. They always do. It's gonna be Rose/Dimitri cuz the whole series has revolved around them. Whick sucks because I want her to end up with Adrian.

I've been keeping track, and so far I can only think of one series where I was happy with how the triangle ended and that was the Hunger Games. I was pro-Peeta from book one even though it looked like Katniss was "supposed" to be with Gail. Also, in the Cassie Palmer books it looks like Pritkin will take over which super-excites me. But I digress....Rose/Dimka won't be making my happy list unless Meads pulls a 360.
Could Rose fall head over heals for Adrian? Doubtful. But I'll keep hoping.

I have to agree about hunger games with all the crap Katniss went though I am glad she gave that a happy ending. I really liked both of the men but Gail really started to change with the last book and I saw his 'evil' side in all the bomb making and her sister was the final straw. I am glad she was able to have a life with Peeta.

It used to be Dimitri and Rose but Last Sacrifice made be like them a lot less. Now Adrian and Sydney are my favorite characters.

I really like Adrian....but I also like Dimitri, it would be hard to decide. I think I would be more attracted to Dimitri though.

I love Dimitri, he makes me swoon, but the character 'i love the most' is definitely Adrian!
