Claude Brickell (claudebrick) | 3 comments Hello everyone!

I am a writer of adventure mysteries. Please check out my website. I think you'll find it interesting. The books feature young, hip Michael Bennington, an accomplished art historian, as he searches the world for rare and missing jewels and artifacts. The website will acquaint you with all of the books. Oh, and, by the way, there is a strong gay sub-plot to all of them. Thanks!

Claude, do you have an author page on GR? It is a big help when discovering a new author's books.

Would you consider these Historical Fiction, Claude. The descriptions allude to the possibility.

Claude Brickell (claudebrick) | 3 comments I call it historical mirroring. Dan Brown does the same in his works. In other words, it's difficult for the reader to know when it's historical and when it's fiction. It's a chosen device. There's certainly historical fact in both our works. But they are fiction woven into the complete tapestry of it all.

Understood, Claude. I consider novels historical fiction if they are novelizations of real people and/or events as opposed to period pieces which are true to a period in history but are are otherwise fiction. There is of course overlap.
