I like to see what other people think, because I know what I think, so I'll post my justification after I hear from some other people. But here is my list of dangerous minds:
Spock from the Star Trek show/movies
Alec Hardison from Leverage
Sherlock Holmes from the books, tv shows, and movies
Patrick Jane from the Mentalist
Dr. Nick and Connor from Primeval
Spencer Reid from Criminal Minds
Timothy McGee from NCIS
Dr. Mallard (Ducky) from NCIS
Bobby Goren from Law and Order: Criminal Intent
Wesley Wyndham-Price from Angel
Spock from the Star Trek show/movies
Alec Hardison from Leverage
Sherlock Holmes from the books, tv shows, and movies
Patrick Jane from the Mentalist
Dr. Nick and Connor from Primeval
Spencer Reid from Criminal Minds
Timothy McGee from NCIS
Dr. Mallard (Ducky) from NCIS
Bobby Goren from Law and Order: Criminal Intent
Wesley Wyndham-Price from Angel

Gregory House on House MD
Chuck Bartovski to some extent on Chuck
Sherlock Holmes, yes
The lead guy on Grimm

Professor Xavier - x-Men
Vishous - BDB
Sherlock Holmes
Kvothe - The Name of the Wind (He is growing on me!)
I think nerds are THE most dangerous. They sneak up on you in an unsuspecting manner! The nerd is harder to spot but a brain is SOOO sexy!
I love nerds. One of my faves is McGee on NCIS. Have a soft spot for Spencer on Criminal Minds too. I haven't seen most of the shows already mentioned. I am missing out apparently.
I think so, Pamela.
To me, a nerd doesn't have to fit the stereotype. It's a person who is very brilliant, or uses their intelligence as one of their greatest assets. So any people who fit that bill qualify.

Yes Auggie is a nerd.
I forgot about my baby Speed from CSI Miami. That's my version of Dave Malkoff.

I still can't watch his departure episode.

Dr Sheldon Cooper - Big Bang Theory
Vishous - BDB
Sherlock Holmes
Dr Lance Sweets - Bones
Dr Temperance Brennan - Bones
Neo/ Thomas Anderson - Matrix
Logan Cale (Michael Weatherly) - Dark Angel
I love me some spunky nerds... I could go on all day...

McGee from NCIS
Auggie from Covert Affairs
That blond guy on CSI:NY (Carmine something)

Spencer is just all the right kind of awkward geek brilliance. He's a very interesting character.
I think nerds are pretty dangerous because they are clever and can be so much more sneaky. I mean nerds can get even with you or cause destruction in ways you can even imagine. That makes it a bit scary I think.

Oh, Speed was awesome. I couldn't believe what they did to him. I stopped watching the show after that.

No Speed. No CSI Miami.

Bridget, I agree with what you said about nerds. Brawn can only go so far. Brains generally trumps brawn.

Brains are definitely scarier than brawn in that you don't always see it coming. Nerds also so often appear nonthreatening physically, we forget what they can do with some serious brain power.

Gil Grissom - CSI - Oh, how I miss him!
Dr. Spencer Reid - Criminal Minds
Tim McGee - NCIS
Dr. Mallard (Ducky)- NCIS
Leonard Hofstader - The Big Bang Theory
Timmy - Rules of Engagement
Greg Sanders - CSI
Clark Kent - Smallville
Sam Winchester - Supernatural - He may not seem like a nerd, but I think he's very nerdy.
Sherlock Holmes - The original guy who played him, Basil Rathbone. I know he's long since passed, but no one could play the part like him.
Vishous - BDB - What a braniac!
Damian Spinelli - General Hospital -Yes, I love soaps, although there's not many left.
Bobby Goren - Law & Order: Criminal Intent - What a smarty!
Mr. Finch - Person of Interest
The Computer Geek from Lara Adrian's Midnight Breed Series. For the life of me I can't remember his name, but he's HOT!
More:
1. Connor: Primeval
2. Reno: Book: Fire and Ice
3. Micheal Taggert: Book: Sweet Liar
4. George: BBCA Being Human

I was thinking of Bobby Goren and Ducky last night as well, and Mr. Finch today.
I can't remember the computer genius guy in the MB series now either!
I agree that Sam is on the nerdy/geeky side. He's one of those undercover nerds!

I love Bobby! He knows how to crack those tough nuts. Very good at reading people.
I forgot about my beloved Wesley from Angel. Terrible of me!

And would anyone agree with me that Jason Bourne has nerd affinities too?
