DO. NOT. GIVE. UP. So many writers quit because they can't or won't accept feedback, or become disheartened with the process. Just don't. If you want to make it, if you want to have your work out there, then persevere. It will happen one day if you want it to.

Watching new worlds, characters, and stories come to life and knowing I created them. Wow! And also when kids seek me out to tell me they loved my book. Makes me cry every time!
