T.S. Paul Write every day and ignore the naysayers
T.S. Paul being able to work your own hours and not wear pants
T.S. Paul All the Fed witch books have been re edited as of years end (2018) in prep for going to print under my own publishing company.
T.S. Paul Path to Otherwhere. It fills the gap and explains how Agatha got extra training. As for Taki's books that is harder. We've broken up and shes republished her books under her own name. I've stripped out all references to the BHB in my universe.
T.S. Paul I got bogged down with my own stuff and told Mike Anderle I couldn't do it. He has another person doing it now. Book 3 is out.
T.S. Paul Ah that. So here's the story. <>Take Drake and I came up with the crossover Idea. Badger Hole Bar is her universe. I wanted to write the story but she insisted and I said yes, stupidly. My plans, while not set in stone, were to build up to the event by mentioning certain things as we went. She was to do the same with Coven Codex and some of her shorts. Target dates were for Fall of 2017. Somewhere along the way it went off the rails. Badly. Taki works in computer security and her real world Job commitments got in the way. So I did my part and she didn't stick to the plan. Then Badger Hole Bar #1 came out (BHB). I had been under the impression it would be in there. Nope. Even though I was told it was she pushed it back stating length issues. So then #2 was out. No story. Same with #3. I'm pissed and have told her such. She swears to me that it will be in #4. However. If it's not I Will be writing the meetup. Collaborations are tough. You have to work on someone else's schedule. But stuff like this sucks. There will be a story and it will be this year whether I have to write it or not. BHB #4 is coming. I wrote an origin story for some of the characters in the universe and have yet to see it as well. and there is still Coven Codex. Don't get me started.
T.S. Paul My co writer is doing that one. She left it out of the main story but It will appear as a short very soon. It is supposed to link my series to another one that we are both working on for this summer/fall but the real world intruded upon us. Taki, in her real non author life is a computer professional and will all the hacking and malware attacks has been very busy dealing with it all.
T.S. Paul Write everyday, then write some more.
T.S. Paul Myz, They are numbered. The lost pilot is the earliest in the series. It is nominally followed by Uncommon life (sort of. the beginning and end take place between 9-10) then the regular series bks 1-10. The short story collections take place all over and usually say at the begining where they take place. Universe is about 2 books behind the main series. So it starts after Athena goes to Mars in book 8
T.S. Paul Big question. LOTS. I have about 4 sci fi books from my universe due before Christmas and my paranormal series kicks off just before Halloween. Busy busy
T.S. Paul My most recent is Uncommon life. It came from a conversation with my Beta/Editor team. They liked the character and thought she should get her own book. I put in on the calender
T.S. Paul I have stories in my head that are crying to get out. LOL not really. I get an idea for something, hash is out with my wife and a couple of friends and then just write a couple of chapters. If it sucks I put it aside. Lately all my titles have been in the same universe so its fairly easy.
T.S. Paul Just power through it and keep writing. If it is really tough I put on a FSP game and kill zombies for a short while then get back to it.
