I just wait for cohesive ideas to come to mind and wait on the Lord. If the idea sticks long enough I write it. I trust He will filter and direct my path.

I'm just starting, working an 8 hour job plus writing two hours a night Monday through Friday. What I like best? Seeing God work through me. I'm hoping one day to make writing my full time job. I'd like to inspire other Christian writers and do what I can to help them along. Writing is tough.

we have alot in common. I too work full-time and do as much writing as possible. God has given me everything to write about and I know He will get it out there for me! Write a chapter a day. Don't worry about the world, focus on God. Let Him take care of the chapter a day. When inspiration comes, write. When inspiration does not show, do not fret. Wait on the Lord.

Around October 15th, 2015 my bride and I spoke about hopes and dreams. We spoke about dreams we'd given up, dreams we have for our family. My bride was five months pregnant. I'd always had a dream to write a book. I'd written a complete one before (about 250,000 words) which I had to scrap because of historical timing issues. And I'd written short stories and started one other novel.
I wanted to write a novel that had Scripture directly wrapped into the story. So I started with chapter 1.
"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." - Psalm 37:4 (ESV)
