The germ of the novel actually came to me while I was eating at a diner. I wish I could say the idea came to me in a more dramatic fashion; but, alas...the truth is the truth.

I've always found re-reading some of my favorite books by my favorite authors always inspires and gets the writing juices flowing. Writer's block is all part of the game...you just wait it out and it'll all come together eventually. But don't force it.
