Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rodolfo Del Toro I have been thinking of writing for a long time, but had so many different ideas that I didn’t know where to begin. Then I stumbled into an archival photo on the internet, the moment I saw it everything fell into place and the story took a life of its own. For now I won’t show the photo as it would reveal an important plot point of the story!
