I was a late bloomer. I've actually written a novel, tentatively named The Mark's Boys Rock, about a late blooming boy, it will be published by Hightower Publications late next year.

To begin with I love telling stories, whether fact or fiction. To me it's all about inspiration from God to put it on paper, or in this case the screen. Entertaining others with an adventure or suspense, that is quite a blessing.

I don't force myself to write. If I don't have an inspired story to tell, which is never, since I just began, I will take the time just to reflect on how God has blessed me to do this.

I'm actually working on two Dr. Steven Ray books and I only read my bible when I'm writing. It helps keep other writers material, or style from showing up in my own.

When I began writing, "For Such A Time As This", I didn't want to write but at God's compulsion I began, begrudgingly. I didn't realize soon I would enjoy telling the stories, after all, that's all it is, good story telling.
