How did you manage to transition between a pure concept brainstorm and writing your first draft?

Louise Bélanger I write poetry, each poem is an idea, a subject…that I want to talk about.
Once I have that, then the writing begins.
As I write, more ideas come.
If I am describing a scenery, per example, I picture it in my head.
