Writer's block means you're stuck, that's all. It's not a mystical enemy; it's a symptom that can arise from many causes. If you haven't done enough research, then do research; if your story is missing the core tension that needs to power it, go back and think about desire, longing, need, obstacles; if you're exhausted and you need to rest, do that instead of trying to force out a chapter; if you're depressed or lonely or demoralized, focus on helping yourself rather than Suffering For Your Art.
