Nate Philbrick Woah, I missed this one! I have a first draft of the sequel, Where the Woods Grow in Flames, but the project is on hold indefinitely. It may see the light in an alternate venue such as Wattpad sometime in the future. I'm sorry I can't give a more definite answer.
Nate Philbrick Little One originated as a short story based on personal experience (the time I had to say goodbye to my littlest sister when I left for college). I obviously blew it way out of proportion, but I guess it worked, right?

Nate Philbrick Don't settle. You can always improve. Study, learn, study, learn, and put what your learn into practice. Keep reading; keep writing. 'Good enough' does not exist.
Nate Philbrick The constant discovery of one's self through the characters I write about, as well as the opportunity to pour a little bit of myself into each page.
Nate Philbrick I try to get outdoors and do some physical activity--usually basketball, but anything I can do by myself to move around a bit gets my mind back in gear. On a rainy day, I'll make tea and walk around the house for a bit.
