Hi Beth, Just saw that you liked my review of Under a Storm-Swept . Went to your profile and read that you did do hikes in Scotland! Did you ever hike Skye? You did a fabulous job on this book! ( I also loved your Jamie Fraser references! ) When I read it I remembered myself as a 20 year old visiting Germany for the first time and meeting my pen pal! Just bought A Star to Steer Her By !

I have done some hiking in Skye, though I'm dying to go back and do more! It's such an spectacular place--especially since, like Amelia, I'm from very flat Long Island, NY. :)
