Hi Jessica! I’ve been a fan of the Norse god Loki and of Norse mythology in general since college. I’m always brewing story ideas and stockpiling them for consideration later. One day I thought, “How fun would it be for Loki to wake up after Ragnarok in modern times? Ooh, and what if he was a woman who couldn’t shift back to his original form?” The idea stuck in my head, and the more I thought about it, the higher up my to-write list it ranked. Finally, I had enough ideas for where to take it, and I started writing. I had so much fun imagining all the scenarios (and TROUBLE!) Loki could find himself in with no grasp of modern American culture while also navigating a new body that didn’t work at all like his old one.

Hey Jaime! Thanks for your question. Right now, I have four books planned for Asgard Awakening. DRAGGED, book 3, should be out in December or January, and then the final book (tentatively entitled FOOLED) should be out by June.
I do have ideas for more books after that, so if things go well, I can always add more. Loki is flexible that way. ;-)

Hi Mamacita! FFMS will appear under Kendall Day’s name pretty much everywhere, including here on Goodreads. I can’t get the new author name/page set up on GR until the book is either out or open for pre-orders. I haven’t yet decided if I’ll do pre-orders because I’m still putting all the pieces into place and want to be sure I can deliver when I say I will. Tentative release date for FALLING FOR MR. SLATER is May 15, 2018. ❤️

Thanks for reading BANG and for your question! I didn't feel like the end was a cliffhanger as much as an opening for future books--a sort of ray of hope for Jillian to get her Happily Ever After one day like the rest of the band.
Right now I'm shifting my writing focus to my upcoming urban fantasy series, but I will probably continue writing some Hard Rock Harlots short stories at the very least.
