I'd go to Anne McCaffrey's Pern and hang out with the dragon riders for a day or so. Of course I'd like to Impress a baby golden dragon and find a hunky Bronze rider and stick around but if I was only there briefly, I'd definitely want to fly with the dragons!

Ooh that made my whole day, to be asked about Claddare! TYVM! (It was a book of the heart for me to write.) Yes, I definitely have more books in mind for that world and I actually bought the cover art for the second book last year. It's a question of fitting it into my writing schedule so I'm hoping I can get the story done this year.

I really don't keep a list for the summer or for any other season. I read all the time (when I'm not writing) and have a huge To Be Read list, as well as books waiting on the kindle. I also don't have the ability to deny myself when one of my 'must buy' authors is out with a new book. If there's a new one by Nalini Singh, Patricia Briggs or Ilona Andrews for example, I WILL be reading it right away! (Probably staying up too late to finish it, in fact.)

Judd and Brenna in Nalini Singh's Caressed by Ice, or possibly Vasic and Ivy in Ms. Singh's Shield of Winter. I'm always fascinated by the Arrows, who claim to be so emotionless, and what happens to them when they meet the right Psy/Changeling or human woman, who convinces them otherwise.
