I have various musical playlists. Mysterious soundtracks for when I'm writing a suspense novel. Romantic soundtracks for when I'm writing a love scene. Right now, I'm working on a Christmas novella (for release next year), so I'm listening to Christmas tunes. So festive! My playlists are all instrumental, because I find it difficult to listen to lyrics when I'm making up my own words as I type. This is the first time I'm working on a Christmas book during the winter. In the past, I've written Christmas books when it's 80 out, I'm wearing shorts and the AC is cranked up to high. LOL.
