Jewel E. Ann Sigh ... so many characters, so many possiblities. But I'm not saying no to Everson. I loved him so much. xo
Jewel E. Ann Very unlikely. I'm not sure my brain can work 100 yrs into the furture. The logistics of what life would be like just blows my mind.
Jewel E. Ann He could get a story. But I'm not ready yet. The story has to tell itself. And not to sound crazy, but I don't hear his voice in my head as a college student. ;) Yet ...
Jewel E. Ann Christine, you are a DAY MAKER!!! Thank you <3 It's an honor and a dream to write stories and share them with you.
Jewel E. Ann Yes, hoping to use some time off from writing over the next couple of months to get audio on all of my other books going!
Jewel E. Ann ONE is a spinoff of Lake and Cage. I hope to release my next spinoff in January, but it's technically a spin of of ONE.

I never thought of writing a book for Maggie. Wow, she would be a challenge because I wrote her as a hard to love character. I'll have to think on this one.

Thank you for the question!

Jewel E. Ann Gosh, I answered this question weeks ago in my head. Such a terrible habit. I answer texts like that too. My apologies for the late reply.

Brayden is symbolic of life. I write what I see and feel around me. Many children face challenges—physical, mental, emotional. Not everyone's perfect life is painted with the same stokes. I have family who have adopted children with many challenges, and at the time I wrote this book, my SIL and her husband were considering adopting a child with Down Syndrome.

Brayden's character played a role in shaping Lautner's character. At the same time, it's hard to write something I don't understand firsthand. I'm touched that you felt good about my portrayal of Brayden. I'm sure I won't always get in right in my books.

Kindly,

Jewel
Jewel E. Ann Hi, Silvia! I really hope to have Flint's story by the end of the year. I'm juggling more than I like to right now. Yikes! And, yes, it's greedy for you to hope for Everson's story, lol! Thank you for the question!

Jewel E. Ann Good question! I have a feeling I'll be writing non-stop this summer, but I will have to fit it some reading time. Most likely some more Outlander. But Penny Reid is a go-to for me when I need humor.

Do you have any good recommendations for me?
Jewel E. Ann Yikes!!! Someone ban me from this site since I just recently found a bunch of questions I did not know existed. SO very sorry. I'm guessing by now you know I wrote a story for Cage and Lake, One.

I was not at all ignoring you on purpose. I'm social media challanged, just ask my kids. Anyway ... if you liked One you'll be happy to hear that I'm writing Flint's story and it will publish this fall.

Jewel E. Ann The bad news? I'm 9 months late responding. I'm very sorry. The good news? I'm writing Flint's story. It will be available this fall. :)

Thank you so much for your kind words. You are the reason I write and the reason I'm so late responding ... becuase I'm writing. Lol!
Jewel E. Ann I'm only 7 months late replying to this. So embarrasing. Sorry. :( I'm thrilled that you liked J&J. It's my favorite story and the one I stirve with all other books to meet or surpass. I haven't done it yet, but I'm working on it right now with an exclusive story for my newsletter subscribers, Transcend. It has an epic J&J feel to it - although a completly different storyline. :)
