Hey. I'm so sorry for the late reply. So, Kiss of Death and Collateral run on the same time line. I'd probably read Kiss of Death first. Then Touch of Death runs after them. Hope that helps. :)

The pregnancy was betrayed by the doctors. We left it like that because that is symbolic of Joe really, invincible, untouchable and with the ability to seemingly know everything impossibly. We left it open for the reader to make their own assumptions, and be just as stumped by it as Jude and Tor were. It was the same with the necklace. I hope that helps.
