Writer's block happens to the best author. I try to stave off the dreaded block by not finishing the last sentence before I save and close down whatever WIP (work in progress) I'm in the middle of. Completing the sentence the next time I log in give me a boost to continue the story.

The best advice I can give is to keep writing! Get words down everyday, whether you feel like writing or not. Writing is a skill that will only improve with practice.

Currently working on book 5 of the Rain City Tales. Anthony Swifson catches Parker Rice in his ex-wife's bedroom attempting to rob the house. Instead of turning him over to the police, Anthony makes a deal for Parker to work off his transgression on the estate. Both men are in the middle of difficult situations, including Parker's mother's violent boyfriend and Anthony's ill ex-wife and best friend.
