Prepare to be inspired by Simon Penhaligon's one-weekend implementation of GTD. After agreeing to take on twice his usual workload, Simon knew he needed a new way of working. Over one intense weekend, he listened to the Getting Things Done audiobook, and set up his system. Since getting into the GTD groove, Simon has been able to handle the expanded workload, while driving his inbox to zero daily, and still spending evenings and weekends with his wife and daughter. He uses Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar, and Evernote for everything else.
