I have an issue with non-fiction books written by funny people, and it’s that I never believe a word they say. The fabulism is part of the charm, certainly, but I come away not really knowing if I know anything about the man’s life or not.

Silence of the Lambs except with butter instead of human flesh and also it had a lot to say about domestic labor

I’m not a big fan of the Hollyverse, and especially so when they’re non-supernatural. Holly was actually better than I expected, but Never Flinch was a dud for me despite the Iowa of it all.
