Travel alone – Sometimes!

Have you ever thought about traveling alone? Maybe you considered it but you were just so afraid of traveling alone. Well, if you have traveled alone and decided never to travel alone because you had few problems. Then it is the time to reconsider the whole equation. Even if you hate the idea of traveling alone it doesn’t mean that it is worthless.

Yes, yes, ‘Why travel alone, when you can have your loved one beside you?’ But for a change and for a new experience, you should consider traveling alone sometimes.

“The man who goes alone can start today; but he who travels with another must wait till that other is ready.” – Henry David Thoreau

Not convinced? I’ll give you some reasons how traveling alone can be a great learning opportunity.

1. Makes you a better observer

Being a solo traveler makes you a better observer. You see things in a different way. It makes you a better person. You get to know how to interact with others being an outsider. You get more curious about things and you pay more attention and you learn something new. It is usually not possible with a travel partner.

2. Saves Time and Money

Money plays a crucial part when you plan a trip. When you are going out with friends, you end up spending more money. Everybody has a different taste. So it gets messed up when your friends ask you to do something that you don’t like or to go to a place that you don’t want to go. But since you’re friends, you would end up doing that thing. It wastes your money and your time.

3. Planning is Easier

Traveling with a partner is never easy. Your partner will propose different terms that might not be any good to you. Moreover, chances are your traveling partner has different traveling interests or his budgets just do not fit right. But when you are traveling alone, you have a whole list set up and you go accordingly. Only your needs matter and you can go wherever you want to go and whenever you want to go.

4. A Boost in your Confidence

When you travel alone, there is a sudden boost in your confidence. You feel more confident because you are put to several conditions and you get to know how to deal with those situations. This has a great impact on your life. You begin to find every task easy. Traveling alone brings out the best of you. Trust me, everyone gets nervous when they are kicking off a solo trip but once you do it successfully, everything changes. You become more patient.

5. Better Experiences

Sharing memories with someone is adorable. But when you are on a solo trip, you have a better perspective on things. You learn a lot. You make new friends. You know different cultures. The memories tend to last longer. You discover some of the best things of your life. You find things that you want to keep to yourself only. These memories will be more meaningful and profound.

6. More Satisfaction

Trust me; all of us who went on a trip with friends or family have a level of disappointment in the end. We wish that we could have done this or that. Chances are you got into a fight with one of your friend. On a solo trip, everything you do is to keep yourself happy. You never have this level of disappointment. For example, you found a museum and you kind of liked it and you spent more time there. Are you going to regret it? If you think about it the answer is no. So GO SOLO.

And, if you really want to go with a partner, here are some points to help you Choose your travel partner.

Attract your Dreams – They are waiting for your call

“Everything you want is out there waiting for you to ask. Everything you want also wants you. But you have to take action to get it.” – Jack Canfield

We, humans, are MAGNETS; Manifesting Machines to be more specific. But, we’re not using this capability of ours because we’re having fifty to seventy thousand unconscious thoughts in a day and most of them are negative.

Turns out that ‘life is not what we want’ for a reason!

That means we are unconsciously manifesting the life we don’t want because we are having irrelevant and unwanted thoughts in our subconscious mind.

Manifest Your Dreams with Law of Attraction

I have known the law of attraction as the most powerful universal law that has ever existed. This law rules the energetic transactions that alter the vibrations to be released in the physical world. Your thoughts and this physical world always work in coordination.

As Buddha once said, “All that we are is a result of what we have thought.”

This means that thinking action-ably about something will always bring that in your life. If you intend on something with the willingness to make efforts for the same, that thing will definitely be yours.

How to manifest your dreams?

The concept might seem very abstract to you, but believe me, it really works. Here are some tips and ways to use the law of attraction to attract what you truly want from your life.

1. Note down what you want

Before attracting your dreams, it is important to realize what your dreams are. Just take a deep breath and start penning down what you truly want from your life and what are your dreams. Pay attention to the details when you are making the list. Make sure that you are serious about all the things that you have mentioned in the list.

2. Tell yourself that you’re worthy

You have to believe that you are truly worthy of something to attract that in your life. By believing that you’re worthy, you are removing resistance that is trying to block the flow of energy that’s working on delivering your dreams to you.

3. Create a dream board

After convincing yourself that you are worthy of everything you want to attract, make a dream board so that you can always visualize yourself heading towards your dreams. You can create a board with the help of pictures and words representing your dreams. You can also include the quotes that motivate you for chasing those dreams. Place this board somewhere you can see every day so that your focus is never drifted to other things.

4. Demand from the universe

Well, now you know what you want from your life and you have created a vision board for it too. Now, it’s time to place your order. Demand your dreams from the universe for you have right to have whatever you desire. Tell the universe to start working on your dreams and delivering them to you and you start doing what is required to complete them.

5. Use affirmations

Make a set of positive affirmations that relate to you and your dreams. Repeat these affirmations every day and let their positivity do the magic in the universe.

E.g. One day I will definitely realize all of my dreams.

These techniques are used to harness the dreams with the law of attraction. The Law of attraction says, “If you can believe it, you can achieve it.” It’s as simple as that. But, it won’t work alone. Your actions should go hand in hand with your thoughts. The law of attraction works for you as you believe in it. The moment you stop believing, the game’s over for you.

So, keep the faith and have patience. Law of attraction will work everything out for you.

Create an empowering Vision Board today

Your subconscious mind always keeps giving signals to your brain and your brain work tirelessly to achieve these statements. When you put these statements in pictures in the form of goals, your destiny will find a way to fulfill them. This a way to achieve your goals in life and a vision board can make your job easy.

A vision board is an amazing tool that helps you to:

Clarify your dreams
Visualize your dreams
Focus on your dreams
Achieve your dreams

This is the board where you can display the images representing what your dreams and desires are and what you want from your life.

Why should you make a Vision Board?

Vision board is one of the most effective and valuable visualization tools that help you achieve your goals through positive imagery and affirmations. It is basically a tangible representation of what your dreams in life are and what your expectations for life are. It is a pictorial representation of your goals and dreams. That’s why we also call it a dream board.

So, if you ask me what’s the point of making a dream board and why you should make one, I’d say that we are very busy beings on this earth and it’s very easy to get distracted. Vision boards keep you focused on your dreams and help you to turn them into reality.

How to create an effective and empowering vision board?

Well, you don’t have to be an artist to make a vision board. Just follow some simple instructions. Collect these things:

A canvas
Scissor
Stack of newspapers or old magazines
Paint
Glue, tape, or pins
A pictorial representation of your dreams

Follow these steps:

Go somewhere peaceful. Think about your dreams and imagine how you want your vision board to be. Make the list of the things you want to put on vision board.
Create a relaxing atmosphere by choosing the place where no one can disturb you. Choose an upbeat music to go with it.
Now collect the images from magazines, books, and newspapers representing your dreams. For example, if you want to visit a certain place in the world, collect the pictures of that place.
Now take the cardboard and flaunt your creativity. You can start with placing a photo of you in the middle. Then, prioritize your dreams and start placing most important ones in your most favourite places on the vision board. There is no right way to arrange the images. Just do whatever feels nice to you.
Write down some motivational quotes and positive affirmations to make you more determined towards your goals and dreams. Use the words that remind yourself of the dreams you wish to turn into reality.
Now put your vision board on display where you can see it every day.

Yes, it is as simple as that. Hope this step-by-step process helps you to create your own vision board for you. But, let me tell you this is not the only way. If you want to go the simpler way, you may just take a diary and pen and jot down all your dreams. But make sure to describe all your dreams and goals as vividly and clearly as possible. Write down each and everything. Visualise every small detail and write it down.

How to use your vision board?

To use your vision board effectively, you must place it somewhere you can see it every now and then. Give it a position where you can comfortably see it for some time. Visualize and imagine yourself living the dreams by affirming, believing, and feeling your goals. Do this activity every morning and night. You can also do this visualization activity during the day whenever you get time.

Let me remind you again, things won’t work unless you do. Vision board and dream lists are made to make things clear for you and to boost your confidence and to fill you with positivity. But at the end, you’ll have to work very hard to achieve everything you want in your life. So, let’s get started!

Dream. Work. Achieve!

Travel to Explore Yourself

“Travel brings power and love back into your life.”

― Jalaluddin Mevlana Rumi

Traveling is such a nice experience as it brings a lot of good things with it. Traveling is fun. It’s not only the good things that make it worthwhile. In fact, it makes you a mentally stronger person. It doesn’t matter whether you’re going on a one-week trip or you have sacrificed everything to hit the roads, traveling makes you a better and happier person. You’ll begin to feel more confident. Traveling provides you experiences and memories. You get to know about different cultures and you meet different people.

Very simply put, traveling brings out a different version of you which is better and far more confident. There is always something new when you travel. You never know what’s in store for you until you pack your bags and go out. It makes you fall in love with the grand gift of life and you always have that freedom to do whatever you want to do.

Reasons to Travel

The reasons to travel are infinite. If we started counting down the reasons, it will stretch down to eternity. But here are some of the reasons to travel:

1. New People, New Friends

The good thing about traveling is you get to meet a lot of new people. Well, who knows the strangers you meet might get in your contacts list. Chances are the people you meet while traveling might become your best of the friends.

2. Ability to deal with every situation

You might be put into some real hard problems while you’re traveling. Whenever we go out for a trip, we plan something. But things can never be the way we want them to be. Things you planned might go the other way round. But there is always a solution to every problem. You’ll learn this thing only when you are traveling. And deep inside, you’ll see a difference in you. You’ll feel confident about yourself. You’ll go like, “Yeah, I can handle problems really well!”

3. What’s better than being Happy?

You make memories. You rejoice every moment of your life while you travel. You meet people with smiling faces and friendly-behavior. When you see the happiness on the faces of people, you feel happy. Happiness is contagious. Seeing someone happy makes you happy. Moreover, new experiences give us special moments and reasons to be happy.

4. Detox from the Internet

We have made our life miserable because of the social media. No doubt, social media can be really good. But the excess of everything is bad. We spend hours chatting with people, watching videos online, and browsing the internet. It has turned out to be a kind of an addiction. But when you are traveling, you are likely to forget about the noun, THE INTERNET. You will be free like a bird and you won’t think about your friends, you won’t think about the videos you watch online. All you would think about are the places that you would visit. It’s just you and the travel.

5. You get Space and time off of work

With such a busy schedule, it’s hard to spare time for some enjoyment. We all are so busy working that we have forgotten the life with all its innumerable possibilities. There is so much of the burden and anxiety in our life. So, I reckon traveling is a fair enough reason to travel to brush off the stress. Also, you get the space you always wish for. You get this feeling of peace and the quiet nature makes you forget about all the worries of the life.

Traveling beats boredom. So pack up your bags and get ready to travel.

Choose Your Travel Partner Wisely

Hitting the roads with a traveling partner could be a wonderful experience for you. However, if things don’t go right, chances are you’ll be stuck in a place that you barely know. And now if the person has different views or ideas about traveling that are not any closer to your travel philosophy then things are only going to get worse for you. So before going to a place, choosing the right person to travel with you is a crucial aspect.

Here are some of the tips to choose a right traveling partner:

1. Common Interests

Having a traveling partner who has similar interests like you have then you are very likely to get along fine. You will end up doing the same things together, spending most of the times together since you share similar interests. If you have different interests, then you will have conflicts and your whole trip is a mess. So yeah, it’s important to have a good traveling partner. Choose wisely.

2. Trust is Important

So here’s the equation: You want to go wild and party really hard. Oh, wait, what if you got really drunk? Would your partner keep you safe? Now, you have double thoughts because you do not trust your partner. But if there is mutual trust between the two then you know that you have got each other’s back. Your partner would be there for you if things got messed up. Your traveling partner would get you out of the trouble. So choose the one who you can trust.

3. Similar Budgets

We all know that traveling needs a lot of money. You have found the best restaurant of the place but what if your friend wants to go there with you too but at the same time your travel partner doesn’t have enough money to afford it. It would be quite unfair if your traveling partner asks you for money because you too have a limited budget. So, it’s better to decide the budgets since you do not want to miss anything and see all the amazing spots the place has.

4. Good Temperament

Choose a traveling partner with a good temperament. Things do not always go in a way you planned them to be. If you’re stuck on some problem then your partner should not lose temperament. Your traveling partner must be able to tackle every situation with full sanity. If your traveling partner is short-tempered then you’ll be having a lot of regrets once the trip is over and even on the trip, you won’t be able to rejoice every moment.

5. Understanding

It’s very important to have a good understanding with your travel partner. If you do some really stupid things that are very irritating, your travel partner should show patience and understand that this is who you are and what you do. Same applies to you. You should tolerate all the irritating and stupid things your partner does while you are on the trip. Trust me; you don’t want to end up fighting. Also, your travel partner should listen to your ideas, views, and the places you can visit. If you have a good understanding then it is all good for you.

6. Go with a Traveling Freak

Choose a traveling partner who is a real traveling freak. Traveling freaks are explorers. They know how to tackle the situations and they see things from a different point of view. You would have a very good time and your friend will make your trip memorable. They will tell you about the things that you could have missed otherwise.

Happy Journey!

Essentials of Inner Peace

“We don’t realize that, somewhere within us all, there does exist a supreme self who is eternally at peace.”― Elizabeth Gilbert

Life is unpredictable. The world is becoming a chaotic struggle and many of us are running the race in the fear of being left out. We have long working hours, more virtual media and minimal peace of mind. The only way to deal with it is by becoming unflappable.

It is bliss, you know, to be able to stay peaceful even in the hardest times of your lives. This is what we call INNER PEACE.

Finding the Inner Peace

“Peace comes from within.  Do not seek it without.”― Gautama Buddha

This one quote from Buddha might have solved half of your problem, right?

We, humans, tend to lose our temper over the smallest things. We find ourselves stuck in the cloud of inner and outer chaos, which is harder to come out of. The life that we’re living reminds us of how our plans never worked out and how situations turn upside down in a matter of seconds.

This life has the capability of turning sadness to happiness and happiness to sadness in milliseconds. We cannot change it. What we can do is make ourselves become indifferent to these sorrows by finding the inner peace.

Essentials of Finding the Inner Peace:

1. Acceptance

The very first step in finding the inner peace is accepting yourself and others just the way they are. Everyone’s born with some capabilities and some incapabilities, some good traits and some bad ones, including you. So, if we see things from more deep perspective then it occurs to me that we all are created equal if measured on the scale of the ratio of good and bad. Therefore, it is not wise to try to change any person as it will bring two of you into an uncomfortable state of being. Just accept yourself and people the way they are.

2. Know the art of surrendering

Sometimes you have to stop resisting and fighting to get things in order. Struggling, resisting, and fighting complicates things and blocks your creativity. You can never find an optimal solution until you are stressed up. Detach yourself from the person or situation and try to view it with a different perspective. Surrender yourself and let the things be.

3. Leave nothing in the middle

Leaving things unaccomplished will always consume you. Accomplishment doesn’t mean to complete something that you have started even if you don’t feel like. It means there must be nothing unresolved on your side. If you want to leave it, you have to be sure why you want to leave it and why leaving it was better than completing it. Leave nothing unresolved. Stay clear about your choices.

4. Tell the truth

Always tell the truth because even the shortest lie will consume you from inside even if it has no way of coming out. Often, the things you keep inside start rotting first. The truth might hurt you for a while but a lie will consume you forever. Staying true to you and others will eternally set your mind on peace.

5. Learn the art of forgiveness and letting go

You can’t just live with the regrets of past and mistakes that have been made by you or by the people you love. Learn how to forgive others and more importantly yourself for the mistakes you have made. Hating people for their mistakes and cursing yourself for yours will always hurt you more. Instead, use these mistakes to learn a lesson. Once the lesson is learned, let them go.

Inner Peace can only be found within and it comes with your thoughts and things to do. So, think twice before taking any action to make sure that doing something doesn’t hurt your inner peace.

If you are able to follow all above steps, you can become truly unflappable and that’s where you will be able to live the life to the fullest.

Albert Einstein rightly said, “Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding.”

Be the most postive version of YOU!

What do you do when life doesn’t go the way you want or when you are stressed and nothing goes right?

One mistake that people make is not realizing that happiness is an individual choice. Despite having a positive outlook we weigh the cons first. It’s true that being positive is easy to say and sometimes it can be hard to find the positive things in bad situations, but if it can improve anyone’s life than it’s worth a try. It’s the way of seeing things around you differently, react to situations and choose the bright side in every situation. Just know that everything happens for a reason. You may not see the reason right now, but when it’s revealed you’ll really appreciate it.

It doesn’t mean that positive people do not experience negative emotions. They obviously do because we can’t avoid negativity from our lives or stop bad thing to happen. It’s just that instead of hanging on to stress and unhealthy ideas they prefer to let go of negative thoughts. Rather than being stuck in limitations they focus on what they can do.

Here are some things you need to know if you want to be a unique and positive individual:

1. Learn to let go

Learn to reframe negative experiences. Stressing yourself about negative things is a waste of time and energy. It helps no one; instead, it prevents you from living fully and enjoying the present. Just trust your judgements and let go of all the things that are diverting you from achieving your goals.

2. Don’t let your fears win

You need to know that failures are necessary for a successful life. Don’t let your fears hold you back from trying again and doing what you want. People who step up again after facing failures in their life are the most grateful and positive people and only they can achieve great things.

3. Take responsibility for your actions

Always accept what you did even if you did something wrong. Don’t blame other people or circumstances because it leads you nowhere. Only you are responsible for your actions. So instead of waiting for circumstances to change, take action to make changes in your life. Stay happy and confident and expect good results.

4. Take criticism in a healthy way

The most common fear that people face today is criticism. Hearing negative things and being rejected can hurt you. But if you learn to handle it in a healthier way and take action for what you want, than criticism is much avoidable and will hurt less.

5. Set a goal in your life

Setting a goal can make you feel more confident as it gives you a direction to move forward in your life. It is a process that starts with careful consideration of what you want to achieve and ends with a lot of hard work to actually do it. Even if you don’t achieve the goal right away, it makes you hopeful and helps you to focus on right things.

6. Talk to others with a smile

Communication is the only way to get comfortable with others. So, try to talk to others and make more and more healthy friends. The more you stay in a good environment with positive people the more you tend to smile. When you feel positive from inside you smile from within and that smile is contagious.

Always remember that the thoughts that pop up in your mind aren’t good or bad, it’s just how you interpret and respond to them. Small acts of kindness or a few extra positive thoughts throughout the day can increase your positivity ratio in your life.

So guys what are you waiting for, just make an effort to increase positivity in your life and keep all the negative forces away from you. It’s really not that difficult. All you need to do is make a decision and accept that you have negative thoughts and feelings because this can help you begin the process of change.

Prologue – This is not your Story

For a moment, forget who you are. More importantly, leave behind who we are and empty out everything. Instead, just be me.

“I never wanted anything from life.”

If I say those words, I would be lying. In fact, that would be the biggest lie of my life. I wanted, I have always wanted. I just never could bring the words out. My voice failing, my heart breaking, my soul shattering.

“But, what do I really want in life?”

I don’t know yet. So, I will tell you everything I wanted and still want. Today, I will be true; true to you, and most importantly, true to myself.

I… I… I want to live.

Yes. Not one but many lives in one lifetime. I want to write about myself and everyone I ever met, capture the essence of what it’s like to live. To be able to read everything beautiful and painful ever written and appreciate the experiences created. All of this in hopes to inspire and be inspired.

I want to learn and to teach. Yes, both, because I have had life-defining encounters that need to be shared and understood. Even so, I still have life-changing experiences, lessons to learn.

I want to give away everything I have. Yes, I want that and I want to begin again. To remind myself what it means to start over, to be back at the beginning point of one’s life.

I want to eat and dress well, have a nice car and a nicer home. To be rich, famous and known. The little things and the bigger things, I want all of them.

I want to be single and yet together. Alone yet accompanied. I want to be everything and nothing, all at once!

I want Death to want me. He cannot take me, I want him to come when I have exhausted these lives I want to live and become! I want him to desire the enriched soul I will be!

I want it all; slowly, gradually, definitely. But is this all possible?  Can one person be all these things in one lifetime?

I don’t know but I certainly want to know.

Prologue – Everyone Has A Story

I was never a writer and I don’t aspire to be one either. I was never a good reader and I don’t know if I will ever be one. But now, I have been much more.

Every day, I woke up; I tried to find reasons to live. Every night, when I slept, I tried to find reasons to not die. Every moment, I tried to find reasons to hope, dream and love. But I never found them. Until I met you.

I saw chaos, confusion, and fear all around me. But not within me, after I met you.

Time decides our fate, our journey. And when time changes, everything changes. Everything. Sometimes for worse, sometimes for better. And sometimes, for the best. I never believed that. Until you happened to me.

It’s not a story and maybe it’s not love. It’s about something more real than stories and more powerful than love. It’s about you. Yes, you. Real and powerful.

I have never been happy with someone. I wanted to be with different people at different places with different feelings. I wanted to explore everything, know everyone. But then I explored you. And I found you are not just ONE, you are an infinity. An infinity of love, care, trust, respect, understanding. A universe of inspirations, aspirations, hope and happiness. Maybe you are the universe out there which I explore. Or the universe in me that I seek.

You do not start, nor do you ever end. You are constant, yet ever changing. You are everywhere and yet just with me. You are my creator or my creation, I question myself.

Apply Law of Attraction in your Daily Life

“Your power is in your thoughts, so stay awake. In other words, remember to remember.”

― Rhonda Byrne

According to the Law of Attraction, everything that life throws at you is invited by you only. Every negative and positive thing happening in your life is attracted to you because of your conscious and unconscious thoughts. Most often, it happens without awareness, but it’s true that you attracted every single thing that’s happening with you. The people you meet, the places you go, the hard times you get, and the happiness you experience – it’s all attracted to you because of your thoughts.

Even reading this article is attracted to you because of your thoughts. All this time, you have been doing it unconsciously. What if you start doing it mindfully? Think about it. If your thoughts really attract things then you can attract whatever you want by thinking about it consciously and acting accordingly.

The motive of this article is to think mindfully about the things you want and turning them into actions to attract them. For that, you’ll have to master the Law of Attraction.

Mastering Law of Attraction

I know that the concept of Law of Attraction seems very abstract to most of you. Even I never thought that I would be writing like this about the law of attraction a few years ago, but today I truly believe in its power and I can say that it really helped me to achieve all that I’ve today. So, it’s worth giving a try.

Before mastering the art of Law of Attraction, we must believe in our potential of making things happen that’s locked deep within us.It’s unfortunate that with so much potential we still leave our emotions and thoughts unattended. As a result, we are releasing the wrong thoughts in the universe and attract negative events and emotions in our life.

Once we master the power of the law of attraction, we would be able to acknowledge every thought and attract really good things in life.

The steps below will help you use the law of attraction in your daily life effectively:

1. Know your desires

The manifestation of dreams starts with identifying them. Have faith that everything you desire in life is completely possible to achieve. All it takes is a strong faith that you can achieve it. Your desires may include places you want to visit, people/celebrities you want to meet, and things you want to achieve.

2. Visualize

Visualize your dreams every morning after you wake up and every night before you go to bed. Visualization helps you make a clear and vibrant image in your mind of what you want and put you in a great mood to kickstart your day. Feel the satisfaction that comes with the thought of having what you want to have.

3. Practice positive affirmations

Spend 30 seconds every day on practicing the positive affirmations and motivational quotes. Make a list of certain positive affirmations that describe you and your goals better. Look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you can accomplish anything you can set your mind to.

4. Make plans

Law of attraction will never work for you until you act. Therefore, make plans to move ahead on the path that leads to your dreams. Now take actions according to your plans to manifest the expected outcomes.

5. Track your progress

Your dreams might take time to come true. Therefore, tracking your progress and celebrating the small achievements will help you stay optimistic throughout the journey. Never forget to reaffirm and appreciate your efforts to attract your dreams and desires.

6. Meditate

When your mind starts giving you aches and creeps, find yourself a peaceful space and set yourself up for meditation. Breathe gently and focus on every breath you take. Inhale and exhale in a complete state of mindfulness. Allow yourself to feel every muscle of your body relaxing one by one and let the joy and feelings of contentment and bliss run through your body. It’s is a great way to keep yourself motivated.

7. Be Grateful for everything

Don’t forget to write a gratitude journal. Always be grateful for everything that you have achieved in your life because those are the real things that make you happy. People always run after the things they don’t have instead of enjoying what they have in their life. Everything you have and every moment you make is worthwhile. So laugh when you have the chance and work hard to create more things to be grateful for.

If you can live your life on these 7 principles of Law of Attraction, you’ll never get a chance to have regrets in life. Everything you wish will be yours. To put it in Paulo Coelho’s words:

“And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”

Here are the two books I would highly recommend you to read on Law of Attraction:

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and The Secret by Rhonda Byrne.
