Welcome Aboard!
The “M.R. Leenysman, Erotica Author” blog has moved to this new home, leenyspress.com.
You might be asking, “Why Leeny’s Press? Are you getting into publishing?”
The answer is, not really. At least, not for anyone but myself. I could have chosen leenysman.com and been fine. But, I wanted to leave open the prospect that I might establish another pseudonym in the future and to do that, I would want to gather it under a common “publisher” name with M.R. Leenysman. I simply chose to reserve that name now, rather than wait.
For the time being, this blog will continue to be “M.R. Leenysman, Erotica Author.” Just me, with a little bit of new branding on top in anticipation of more down the road. Maybe.

March 2020 Blog Status Report
A slight improvement in March’s traffic over February 2020, but down significantly over March 2019’s numbers. I did have one release during the month, my participation in the “Beyond the Door” anthology. Otherwise, going back to work full-time has cut into my writing activity and the pandemic has me feeling stressed, as I’m sure you’re all feeling.
Stay safe, stay home and we’ll get to the other side of this.

My Author-versary!
On March 13, 2016, my first erotica story, titled “A Dream for Papa”, was published at Literotica, under the login “leenysman”. I meant that to represent “Leeny’s Man”, as a remembrance of my late wife, whose nickname was Leeny, even though she would have disapproved of what I was writing.
When I decided later that year to self-publish my stories as ebooks, I simply expanded that handle into the pseudonym M.R. Leenysman. The initials don’t really mean anything, but were suggested by the word “mister”.
“A Dream for Papa” became the title of a short story collection containing that story. When I opened this blog, I chose the tagline “It all started with a Dream” to also refer to it.
Today is the fourth birthday of that story, as well as my anniversary as an author. Since then, I’ve published 39 erotica ebooks, from short stories, collections, to novellas and novels.
