“If Christ were born in Bethlehem a thousand times and not in thee thyself; then art thou lost eternally.”
Angelus Silesius

“The rose is without 'why'; it blooms simply because it blooms. It pays no attention to itself, nor does it ask whether anyone sees it. O Man, as long as you exist, know, have, and cherish, You have not been delivered, believe me, of your burden.”
Angelus Silesius

“The Rose is without an explanation; She Blooms because She Blooms.”
Angelus Silesius, The Cherubinic Wanderer
