Up to 11k on the new book now. It's been a slow week, with being ill, but I've had a good session today. Things are coming together for the climax to my trilogy of novellas. Can't wait to get this one to bed.

The as-yet untitled third volume in the Roo Raka Cycle has been started! Got 3k words down today, the starting pistol has been fired and we are on our way. Looking forward to this, I've been planning it out in my mind for a while. No spoilers, obviously, but I can tell you this, there will be blood...

We're off! The follow-up to The Forcek Assignment was published yesterday! The follow up to The Forcek Assignment, this second installment opens with one of the crew in mental anguish over what he sees as his failure to protect his captain. We watch as he processes the events of the fateful mission to Candar and what occurs to jolt him out of his self-pity, before heading off to follow up a lead that might... But maybe I'll leave that for you to find out.

Don't know how many of you folk are NaNoWriMo-ing this year, but I'm having a surprisingly successful go at it. Day 9 and I'm at 18.5k words. And I feel like it might actually be pretty good. I've never been so productive...
