We were once again battered by storms and once again we dodged the tornadoes, but the rain came and wouldn't leave...sigh. For the first time ever my basement flooded which not only left a mess but ruined the new floor we installed last year. Such a pain, but I keep telling myself it could always be worse. I hope the rest of you haven't been hit with this insane weather.

Okay, I made it to see Wolverine...Hugh Jackman...yum :) A good movie, my one complaint would be I would have loved to see more Gambit. I thought he was a fascinating character...I hope they'll have another xman with him and the others! I also saw Star Trek. I thought it was a lot of fun. For those who prefer the Next Generation this might not be your thing...it's more campy like the original series. My Kindle finally arrived and I LOVE it!!! My greatest fear was being too much a tech-idiot to use the thing, but thank goodness you don't have to figure out anything but how to turn it on...yeah. Even downloading books is simple as pie (although I live so far out in the boonies that I have to download to my computer and put on the Kindle). Trust me, if I can do it ANYONE can :)

Okay, I bit the bullet and finally ordered a Kindle!!!! I've been putting off the decision for over a year as I researched all the different ereaders and the pros and cons of all the ebook sites.
