Rick Porrello, a retired police chief with mob roots, has been writing books that attract interest from filmmakers. His second title, To Kill the Irishman, which he self-published, was adapted for the film Kill the Irishman. It's currently available on Netflix.

Rick has several projects in development for theatrical adaptation. His latest book, There's More Bodies Out There - the true story of a Mafia associate and a Cop who emerge as Serial Killers, is set for release in October 2022.
