This morning I woke up from an awesome crazy dream. I liked it so much this one will absolutely become a book! It's more romantic horror (lol...is that a genre yet?) It's a little early to share some details. I'm excited to get some things written down so I can keep the story fresh in my mind! I can't wait to get started on this one!

Alright. Last night even I got the heebie-jeebies from my dream. It was very Children of the Corn-like. The children seemed to be tame zombies run by their creepy little boy leader. He had a way of entering in slow motion and cocking his head toward you that just terrified you. You knew you were going to die. As soon as he cocked his head the children, who seemed to be perfectly normal children, would become trance-like to do his bidding. Luckily I woke up from this one early. And of course I couldn't fall asleep right away cause I couldn't get that creepy little dark haired boy out of my mind!

FINALLY! It's been 9 months since my little man was born and 18 months since I had a decent freaky dream. So I'm gonna keep this short...mostly because I have to. My dream may be on the mark but my ability to retain it is a little out of shape.

 

I was in love. Love, love LOVE with this supernatural being who looked a lot like Stefan Salvetore (kudos to the brain for that lovely imprint!) A group of us were escaping danger by pressing our bodies into a portal. But suddenly I was alone. I had no cell phone, no wallet, no love. I spent God knows how long searching for him. When I finally did find him I realized that my body actually did make it through the portal, but my non-supernatural self died the moment I touched it. It was my ghost that had been left behind to roam around. And it was my ghost that was completely unseen by my supernatural honey.

 

Love bites.

Would you believe I completely forgot about my blog? If you're a single parent, you do. I can't remember the last time I truly had a moment to myself. It wasn't until I read a post on facebook from a fellow blogger that they had completely neglected their blog that the little light bulb went off in my head. I'm sure I've had a freaky dream or two but I completely forgot that I needed to blog it! LOL. Well, now that I remember, I'll try to get something good on here soon.
