The month of March seemed ten years longamirite? No hockey, no traveling, worries about my family and the economymade it super hard for me to concentrate on writing. So I didnt; I did other things to try and take my mind off this global pandemic. Six random things about me:

A) I make my bed every day. I cant stand looking at a messy, unmade bed. My daughters give me crap about this and they dont suffer from the same need to make their beds every day, even now as adults. But really, if I spent good money on great looking bedding, why wouldnt I want to see it all nice and put together?

B) Im allergic to cinnamon. Totally weird thing, right? I didnt develop the allergy until after my first pregnancy in my 20s. Another odd fact? I passed...

Ive been baking bread for a few years. I have a ton of bread baking cookbooks, but this is the recipe I keep coming back to because it is so easy. Its a combination of the recipe from Ken Forkishs wonderful bread BIBLE Flour Water Salt Yeast and my own experimentation with other no knead recipes.
