New Sale!
So, this is non-horror related, but I recently signed a contract for a paranormal romance I wrote- Kingston Cottage- with Entangled Publishing! It will be published under the name Libby Bishop. I plan on starting a blog under that name but I couldn’t wait to share
The name change is because the novella is in a different genre than my October Weeks books- though, there are ghosts in it *grin* I chose the name by picking a name from each side of my family that I found from doing a family history on Ancestry.com.

Logo
So, I ordered a shirt from Zazzle.com with my author logo on it, to see how it would look. I really like it and am considering opening a store with my author logo, and any other book related promo things, up. I’m not sure what the interest would be, so I’m just testing the waters, seeing what looks good to me.
Here’s the shirt- what do you all think?

Hello There :)
My apologies for being silent lately. I’ve been fighting the stomach flu and it’s pretty much wiped me out. I’ve taken two long naps today and I’m still tired! I’m off to bed- again- soon.
~ I’m now over on Goodreads, if you’d like to review or discuss my books.
~ Again, there are links to my YouTube Channel and my Tumblr page to the right.
~ I’ve been revising Ghost Book 2. There’s about sixty pages that need to be worked on the most but otherwise the book is in better shape than I remember it
~ I’ve also been working on ZombieYA- rough draft is DONE!
~I finished my Paranormal Romance and immediately edited/revised it. And now that I’ve come up with a pen name for it I can start submitting it. The synopsis was a pain. I swear those things are the bane of my writer existence!
~ The reason for the new pen name is so no one is confused by what they’re getting when they buy an October Weeks book and what they get under the new pen name…which I’ll share soon!
And that’s about it for now. I’m tired, not much in me at the moment because of this damn flu. It really knocked me down and came on wicked fast. One minute I’m awesome, the next WHAM! sicker than a dog *shakes head* I’m off to bed now but I’ll try and write another blog soon!

Ghoultown and an Update
First, you can currently purchase Ghoultown here:
Musa Publishing, Barnes and Noble
It should be up on Amazon.com soon, but there’s been a bit of hiccup for a few of Musa’s books and I’m one of them. Will let you know the minute it’s up! However, if you want it on Kindle right now, you can purchase that through Musa.
Also, Ghoultown is up on Goodreads if you’d like to discuss the book there.
And lastly, but most important to me as a writer, if you’ve read Ghoultown please let me know how you liked it…or didn’t I love hearing from readers! And if you’ve reviewed it, send me a link so I can read that review. Thanks!
Second:
I haven’t officially announced this on the blog because I wanted Ghoultown to be released and get the contest up, but-
My full length novel, Over the River, is now under contract with Musa Publishing! I’m very excited about this!!!!! The book is also in the ghost world and features Delilah and Milly, whom you’ll know from Ghoultown, but they are adults in OtR. This book is the first in a trilogy. I am currently editing book two and writing book three, which are NOT under contract yet.
Third:
I now have an author logo thanks to Skyla Dawn Cameron! I love it!!! There are two versions-
I’m working on getting some promo stuff made up with the logo on it, like mugs and bookmarks and keychains. What do you all think of it?

Ghoultown Contest!
Now that Ghoultown has been released into the wild *grin* and I have internet access at my newly purchased house *woot!*, I can hold my contest. This makes me happy. I wanted to do it last week, on release day, but that’s not how it was meant to be *sigh*.
First, the prize!
A copy of Ghoultown in the winner’s format of choice ( .mobi, .prc, .epub, .pdf ) and a nice, green coffee mug plus a deck of Bicycle playing cards with a Ghoultown theme. I love these cards, and wish I’d have ordered two decks instead of one!
All you have to do to win is leave a comment on this post- see, I’m very easy! Contest ends Friday, February 8th. I’ll announce the winner Saturday, February 9th. Good luck!
