Something in the Way is coming to audio!

It's official: the Something in the Way series is being made into audiobooks! In fact, book 1 is already in the hands of the narrators. And who might they be . . . ?

It's my pleasure to announce that the series will be narrated by Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber. Andi is an award-winning narrator (also nominated for her work on Slip of the Tongue) whom has worked with authors such as Penelope Ward, Vi Keeland, Louise Bay, and tons more. This will be my first time working with Zachary Webber, and I knew right away he'd fit the part of Manning Sutter. Zachary has a thriving career in TV and film, and is known for his work on Grey by EL James. He has also narrated for greats such as Lauren Blakely, Claire Contreras, and Meghan March.

Something in the Way is expected to release in audio September 2017, followed by the rest of the series through the end of the year. Join my audiobook mailing list for a new release alert:
Subscribe to the Audio Mailing List All Audiobooks Now for a little fun. When gathering info for Andi and Zachary about the characters, I decided to include a little visual inspiration! Here are some just-for-fun picks for the central cast going clockwise: Manning, Tiffany, Corbin and Lake. Picture

NEW AUDIOBOOK RELEASE: Yours to Bare

Picture Finn
No matter how cruel it's been to me in the past, I've never been able to flip fate the bird. I'm a romantic at heart. So when fate drops a leather-bound journal at my feet, I know I should walk away.
I don't. I pick her up, bend her spine, spread her pages. From the first word, I'm a goner. The owner didn't give me access to her most intimate desires, but I devour them anyway. Her private darkness, her candid, sensual poetry - it all goes down like warm milk. And from that point forward, I drink, eat, and sleep her.

Halston
I went to his apartment and let him take my picture. Just once, to see how it would feel. I'm not his to look at, to inspire, to touch, but when he watches me through his lens, it gives me a high I don't want to come down from...
My journal is the one place I can be myself - as long as I can tie it up and put it away when I'm finished. But when Finn undoes the bow, he pulls strings that could unravel each of us.

Yours to Bare can be enjoyed as a standalone or as book two in the Slip of the Tongue duet.
AUDIBLE AMAZON ITUNES Listen to a sample: Read an excerpt: With Halston in my lap, I fist the elastic band of her tights. “How important are these to you? I’m either going to rip them or come on them.”
“You said that last time, and you did neither.”
A challenge? I stand, nearly upending her onto the ground, but I catch her at the last second. “Bend over the couch.”
When she does, her skirt rides up the backs of her thighs, exposing more garter clips. I unzip my pants all the way. I haven’t had her from behind often, mainly because I like to watch her face as she comes. No time like the present. She’s just as pretty from this angle and appetizing as fuck.
I slip my hands under her blouse to grasp her breasts. She prepared for me, the scrape of her lace bra welcome against my palms. She shivers when I caress her lower back, goosebumps pebbling her skin. Slipping a finger into the elastic crotch of her panties, I say, “Next time wear white, so I can see how wet you are.”
“White is for virgins,” she says, backing onto my hand.
“There are still so many things I haven’t done to you,” I murmur, admiring her smooth apple of an ass. “You practically are a virgin.”
“Tell me what things,” she says. “It’s only fair. You’ve read most of my dirty thoughts.”
“Most?” My cock strains against the confines of my underwear. I pull my shirt over my head before removing my pants.
“You think I could fit everything in one journal?” she asks.
I stroke myself and look up at the ceiling. Lord, help me. This woman is figuring out just what it takes to ruin me, and I’m not even going to try and stop her.

NEW RELEASE: The First Taste Audiobook

Picture A sexy, single-dad standalone narrated by Audie Award-winning duo Sebastian York and Andi Arndt.

Single dad Andrew Beckwith has already devoted his life to one girl—and as far as he's concerned, she's all he needs. The inked, rough-around-the-edges bad boy left his reckless ways behind six years ago when his daughter Bell was born. When Bell's mother walked out of their lives, Andrew vowed never to let another woman close enough to hurt them again.

Amelia isn't just another woman. She's an independent, smart, and savvy businesswoman who doesn't have time for sex, much less love. In the midst of a drawn-out, bitter divorce, all she wants is to bury herself in work. But when sharp-tongued Amelia and stubborn Andrew cross paths, sparks fly—and burn.

After all, it's not as if opposites ever attract.

NEW RELEASE: Somebody Else's Sky

Picture Picture NOW AVAILABLE! If I closed my eyes, I could still see them--all blonde sunshine, ocean-blue eyes, and long limbs. The glint of Lake's gold bracelet. Pink cotton candy on Tiffany's tongue. My scenery may have changed from heaven to hell, but some things never would: my struggle to do right by both sisters. To let Lake soar. To lift Tiffany up. The sacrifices I made for them, I made willingly.

A better man would've walked away by now, but I never claimed to be any good. I only promised myself I'd keep enough distance. If I'd learned one thing from my past, it was that love came in different forms. You could love passionately, hurt deep, die young. Or you could provide the kind of firm, steady support someone else could lean on.

Lake was everything I wanted, and nothing I could ever have. I was nobody before I knew her and a criminal after. The way to love her was to let her shine--even if it would be for somebody else.

COVER REVEAL: The First Taste

PREORDER/vorbestellen

NEW RELEASE: Something in the Way

Picture It was a hot summer day when I met him on the construction site next to my parents’ house. Under the sweat and dirt, Manning Sutter was as handsome as the sun was bright. He was older, darker, experienced. I wore a smiley-face t-shirt and had never even been kissed. Yet we saw something in each other that would link us in ways that couldn’t be broken...no matter how hard we tried.

I loved Manning before I knew the meaning of the word. I was too young, he said. I would wait. Through all the carefully-chosen words hiding what we knew to be true, through his struggle to keep me innocent, and through infinitely-starry nights—I would wait. But I’d learn that life isn’t always fair. That no matter how much you achieve, none of it matters if you suffer the heartbreak that comes with falling for someone you can never have. Because even though I saw Manning first, that didn’t matter. My older sister saw him next.  AMAZON IBOOKS NOOK GOOGLE PLAY KOBO GOODREADS
