A little over a week ago, I went to BEA, the big publishing industry expo held at the Javits Center here in New York City, and it reminded me of something I wanted to blog about.

Whenever I go to a convention or I'm heading into something in an author capacity, I really love the time period where I'm approaching the venue.  I always try to approach these things alone because it's a very sacred time to me.
