How special that you were able to go to Haarlem!
I really want to go there someday! I bet it was a life changing experience.
I read this once when I was a kid and again about 5 years ago. I am in awe of the ways God works in the most hopeless places and times. I often think about the counter-intuitive compassion Corrie's father had for the Nazi oppressors. He was concerned about them because of the wrath of God against them for abusing HIS PEOPLE! Wow, I am still blown away by that level of Christ-likenesss, to help the oppressed people hide and escape, and to have the heart of Jesus for the lost people following Hitler!
