obvi enemies to lovers but unpopular opinion I love love triangles like literally any love triangle except in tsitp bc hate me all you want but belly should’ve ended up with Jeremiah
Friends to lovers bc they already know each other so I feel like we get a deeper connection (and also can skip the introductions) and can explore the relationship more

My favorites are enemies/rivals to lovers with good banter and fake dating <3. I also think it's cute when the boy teases her because he likes her and she gets flustered and annoyed (NOT bully romance tho). I HATE age gap (it's almost always almost illegal), stalker (like r u ok?) and love triangle with brothers (poor boys should be helping each other not fighting over the same girl)

Enemies to lovers, but we have to feel the impact of the hatred early on. There has to be tension and unresolved angst because ain't no way that girl's family murdered your own and you vowed to take revenge, and then the next second you declare your love, like what? Extra points if they are dealing with the consequences of their enmity, such as words they wished they could take back or wounds they wish they could heal.
but i dont want to pick one! why cant we all have the best friends ancient vampire brother that was our enemy fall in love with us despite the 200 year age gap
