Well stubborn as I'm... I'm doing both. Most of the first episode is very similar to the book, but at the end it's like a What If. Same background, same bases but it's a different story, very similar but different. So far (Third TV Episode and second book chapter) the book explores a lot more the racial conflict in the 50s and the horror is like complement to the story; while in the TV serie is more a light horror with the racial conflict as accessory.
