You capture that sparkling sense of youth and summer so perfectly! I can't wait to read your next book. This book had all the feels and let me experience that brief time in my own childhood again for a little while. Thank you.
As someone who grew up in the Ottawa Valley, I love having this new knowledge on your background. I need to re-read Meet Me at the Lake knowing this. While already described so well, I feel like I'll be able to picture the lake even better! ESA is still on the TBR list, but I'll definitely be thinking of Barry's Bay!
