My absolute favourite is Kiss of Snow (the Psy-Changeling series). Angel's Blood is a close second (Guild Hunter series).
Definitely Kiss of Snow. But also Branded by Fire, Play of Passion, Heart of Obsidian, Shield of Winter, Caressed by Ice. But, in my opinion, it's best to read the series in order.
I'm a fan of "starting from the beginning", and I think it's even more satisfying for a series like the Psy-Chanegeling one where each detail is well thought and placed! Maybe you could start with the first two stories in WILD INVITATION: an anthology of novellas, Tamsyn and Nathan are one of my fav caharcaters and I love their story, but they also are two core members of the pack

Archangels legion,slave to sensation,mercy and Riley,heart of obsidian,Shards of Hope,angels blood,archangels shadow,Rock hard and rock redemption...so very hard to choose ,....archangels storm too..see..so hard
Heart of Obsidian is my absolute favorite Psy/Changling book and every book in the GH series is my favorite
I'm a start at the beginning but for the Psy/Changeling series there could be two 'beginnngs'. You could go in chronological order and start with Nate and Tamsyn's story- Beat of Temptation or you could go in publishing order and start with Slave to Sensation.
Definitely start with Slave to Sensation. It is one of my go-to books. However, like Mary above, Caressed by Ice is my favorite, but it won't make sense if you don't read Slave to Sensation and Visions of Heat.
