onica WordsAreMyDrinkOfChoice I get that to an extent, but is it really believable that Grace would bother to write to Matt, but then would not bother to call his mother or work? Regardless if she should have done more, her actions of writing the letters show she was not malicious and trying to keep him from his child, so she is not someone that should hold the blame. She wrote down the truth and tried to get it to Matt. It is his ex wife who was vicious and meddled, she withheld massive information and caused damage. Yet Matt never really had it out with her? He saves all his anger for Grace. Even if she could have done More Matt seems almost arrogant in taking on no blame himself. While I can understand being partly annoyed at Grace for not pushing further, she was also under the impression Matt did not want them, and that is not her fault, and not unbelievable after his lack of contact when he was away, phoning his mother and not really phoning Grace, and that fact that Grace received letters apparently from Matt means she has no reason to believe otherwise. I know neither of them are perfect but he really makes Grace suffer, he sees she is distraught and still freezes her out, how does he not owe her some apology or effort? Either way Grace gets the full front of his resentment when it does not belong in majority at her door? (less)
