This sounds like an amazing idea!!
Eeeee!!! Yes!! <3 I hope to see it soon enough!! There are sooo many trans authors out there, especially ones with massive amounts of greek mythology knowledge and especially ones that are Hellenic Pagans. I'm certain once you open the door they'll flood right in and you'll have many well qualified co-authors to choose from. The decision of which will be the hard part.
ohhhh I really hope you to get to writing a trans character at some point- i'm a hellenic pagan transgender man and would LOVE to see representation at some point in your works!!! :D
