Hello Nalini, I love your books! what are your thoughts on the Guild Hunter being animated (to help cost effectiveness) and released on platforms such as Netflix
It's my goal in life to get to a point where I could direct a guild hunter film. Well, I think the first book would be a great film, but then I think I'd like to continue with a tv series for Archangel's Kiss because the book has some excellent pauses for cutting to another scene and coming back so I'd go between the refuge and New York occasionally, helping to set up Dmitri's book later. Film for Consort, tv series for Blade and Storm, a film for Legion, tv series for Shadows and Enigma and film for Heart. TV series would insert some time with other characters a couple of times, but not much. Include short stories in the tv series, if not fully inserted then mentioned. English length tv series, don't want to add too much. Of course, this would never happen, but I think about this a lot :p
I think HBO should adapt your fantastic Psy-Changeling series, but only if they agree to stick with your source material rather than using it as a jumping off point to veer into their own generic territory like they did with Sookie Stackhouse / True Blood. 😒
