Linda Haahr It does :) I was just worried that it wasn't legal somehow

S.E. Smith LOL. Trust me, yesterday alone I have over 11,000 downloads on one book alone that was illegal. Yes, that means even though I'm asking for less than a Big Mac meal at McDonald and give a reader hours and hours of entertainment, I don't earn a penny. This is my livelihood now. Thank you for caring! It really does mean a lot to me to know that people care.

Linda Haahr wow thats a lot... I must admit that I started out reading your books online (didn't pay) but they were amazing so started buying them instead... Smashwords just dosn't look that reliable compared to amazon so wanted to be certain that you got some of it :)

S.E. Smith I've been through that as well with my kids and music when Limewire first came out. After many threats, then finally refusing to fix their computers (I was in IT), they began to listen to me. Now, they all use iTunes to download. My nephew actually came over and apologized for downloading something off the Internet from a peer-to-peer site. He is much more aware after I talked with him. I'm glad that you did get a chance to read them. The fact that you enjoyed the stories enough to reach out to me is an incredible feeling. So <3 from my heart! :)

Haikufall I've never had a problem with Smashwords, and like the site very much. I like that authors can use it in place of Amazon or B&N.

S.E. Smith I do too. Mark Coker has done wonders and is very supportive of authors, as well.
