I recently read the Mortal Instruments series also, loved it.

My pleasure! I actually preferred it over The Mortal Instruments and was devastated when I found it was only three books long :(
Yes, the ending is always very hard to cope with! I tend to get very involved in series I read, which is why I am glad you write them so close together. As hard as that must be for you, we appreciate it.
It actually isn't that hard for me, being that I am so passionate about it. Plus, it helps a lot that my fans are so encouraging! :]
